Coverage changes
Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental coverage may end or change at retirement, and Medicare timing may be part of the same decision.
Retirement education
Retirement changes more than a paycheck. Workplace coverage, protection, and beneficiary details often change at the same time — and people rarely review them together.
Why it helps
Educational sessions help people see the benefit side of retirement clearly, before the transition date arrives.
Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental coverage may end or change at retirement, and Medicare timing may be part of the same decision.
Some workplace coverage may include continuation, portability, or conversion options. Plan provisions control what is actually available.
Beneficiary designations and household continuity are often overlooked during a retirement transition.
